The Board of Directors of Norwest Energy NL is responsible for the overall corporate governance of the Company. The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of Norwest Energy on behalf of the shareholders by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable. The Company has adopted comprehensive systems of control and accountability as the basis for the administration of corporate governance. In establishing and maintaining its corporate governance framework and the policies and practices that comprise the Company’s Corporate Governance Plan (Plan), the Company will review on an annual basis all of its corporate governance policies and practices under this Plan to ensure they are appropriate for the Company’s current stage of development.
